iPhone 및 iPad 버전은 Apple의 화면 공유 동의 후 재생 소리를 기기 내 음성 인식과 번역으로 처리하여 자막으로 표시합니다. 화면 문자 OCR 기능은 Android 버전에만 해당합니다. iOS에는 Apple Speech, Translation, 화면 캡처, Picture in Picture 및 StoreKit과 Google Mobile Ads·UMP가 사용됩니다. 음성·화면·원문·번역문은 파일로 저장하거나 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 갤러리를 직접 읽지 않으며 회원가입도 필요하지 않습니다. 언어 모델의 최초 준비에는 인터넷과 Apple의 다운로드 동의가 필요할 수 있습니다. 광고 SDK는 추적 허용 및 필요한 광고 동의가 확인된 후 시작되며, 위 광고 데이터 안내가 적용됩니다. 추적을 거부해도 자막을 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 제거는 Apple이 처리하는 1회 구매이며 구독이 아닙니다. 구매 상태는 StoreKit으로 기기에서 확인하고 설정과 구매 상태 캐시를 기기에 저장합니다. 구매 및 복원에는 인터넷이 필요하며 Apple의 개인정보처리방침과 구매 기록 보관 정책이 적용됩니다. iOS 설정에서 권한·추적 동의를 변경하고 앱을 삭제하여 로컬 설정을 제거할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제는 Apple 구매 기록을 삭제하지 않습니다. 2. 화면·소리·자막의 처리

사용자가 자막 세션을 시작하고 Android 화면 공유에 동의하면, 선택한 앱의 재생 소리 또는 공유 화면의 자막 영역을 처리합니다. 음성 인식, 문자 인식(OCR), 번역은 지원되는 기기에서 기기 내 AI로 수행합니다. 서브노리는 처리한 음성, 화면 이미지, 원문 자막 및 번역 자막을 파일로 저장하거나 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 갤러리의 사진·동영상을 직접 읽지 않습니다. 최초 모델 다운로드 및 업데이트에는 인터넷이 필요할 수 있습니다.

3. 권한과 로컬 저장

화면 공유 권한은 선택한 앱의 콘텐츠를 처리하는 데, 다른 앱 위에 표시 권한은 자막 팝업을 띄우는 데 사용합니다. 오디오 권한은 재생 소리 캡처에 사용하며, 마이크 입력을 녹음하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 알림은 진행 중인 자막 세션을 알리고 중지할 수 있게 합니다. 언어, 팝업 설정, 마지막으로 확인한 광고 제거 구매 여부는 앱 전용 저장소에 저장합니다.

4. Google SDK와 광고

앱에는 Google ML Kit, Google Mobile Ads(AdMob), User Messaging Platform(UMP), Google Play Billing이 포함됩니다. 인식·번역 입력 자체의 기기 내 처리와 별개로, SDK는 기기·앱 정보, 설치 또는 기기 식별자, 사용 이벤트, 성능·오류 정보, 설정된 언어 등 진단 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고 SDK는 IP 주소를 통한 대략적 위치, 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID, 앱 상호작용과 진단 정보를 광고 제공·분석·부정행위 방지를 위해 수집·공유할 수 있습니다. 전송에는 HTTPS/TLS가 사용됩니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 동의 화면을 제공하며, 앱의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 제공되는 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 5. 1회 구매

광고 제거는 Google Play를 통한 1회 구매입니다. 구매 조회·승인·복원에 필요한 정보는 Google Play와 처리합니다. 앱은 결제 카드 번호를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매·복원에는 인터넷이 필요하며, Google Play가 구매 기록을 관리합니다.

6. 보유·삭제와 이용자의 선택

세션 처리용 음성·화면·자막은 앱이 파일로 보관하지 않습니다. 자막을 중지하면 캡처가 끝납니다. Android 설정에서 권한을 철회하고 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 로컬 설정과 구매 캐시를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 로컬 데이터 삭제가 Google Play 구매 기록을 삭제하지는 않습니다. Google이 처리하는 SDK·광고·구매 데이터의 보유 및 삭제는 Google의 정책과 계정 설정에 따릅니다. 문의 메일의 주소와 내용은 문의 처리에 사용하며, 처리 목적이 달성되면 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 삭제합니다. 문의나 권리 행사는 위 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 방침 변경

처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 문서와 앱 내 방침을 갱신하고 적용일을 표시합니다. 서브노리는 자체 회원 계정 가입 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.

Subnori Privacy Policy

The iPhone and iPad app processes playback audio after Apple screen-sharing consent using on-device speech recognition and translation, then displays captions in Picture in Picture. Screen-text OCR is available only in the Android app. iOS uses Apple Speech, Translation, screen capture, Picture in Picture and StoreKit, plus Google Mobile Ads and UMP. Audio, screen images and caption text are not saved as files or sent to a developer server. The app does not directly read your photo library and requires no account. Initial language-model preparation may require internet access and Apple download consent. The advertising SDK starts only after tracking authorization and required ad consent; the advertising-data disclosures below apply. Declining tracking does not prevent caption use. Ad removal is a non-consumable one-time purchase processed by Apple, not a subscription. StoreKit verifies purchases on the device; settings and cached purchase status are stored locally. Purchase and restore require internet access and are subject to Apple privacy and purchase-record policies. 2. Screens, audio and captions

When you start a caption session and approve Android screen sharing, Subnori processes playback audio from the selected app or the subtitle area of its shared screen. Speech recognition, optical character recognition (OCR) and translation run on supported devices using on-device AI. Subnori does not save the processed audio, screen images, source captions or translated captions as files or transmit them to a developer server. It does not directly read gallery photos or videos. Initial model downloads and updates may require internet access.

3. Permissions and local storage

Screen sharing permits processing the selected app's content. Display-over-other-apps permission is used for caption overlays. Audio permission is used to capture playback audio; Subnori does not provide microphone recording. Notifications identify an active session and let you stop it. Language and popup preferences and the last verified ad-removal purchase status are stored in app-private storage.

4. Google SDKs and advertising

The app includes Google ML Kit, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Google Play Billing. Separate from on-device processing of recognition and translation inputs, these SDKs may process diagnostic data such as device and app details, installation or device identifiers, usage events, performance, errors and configured languages. The ads SDK may collect and share approximate location inferred from IP addresses, advertising and app set IDs, app interactions and diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS. Where required, the app presents an advertising consent form; available choices can be changed through Ad privacy settings in the app. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. One-time purchases

Ad removal is a one-time purchase through Google Play. Purchase queries, acknowledgement and restoration are processed with Google Play. The app does not directly collect or store payment card numbers. Purchases and restoration need internet access. Google Play manages purchase records.

6. Retention, deletion and choices

The app does not retain session audio, screen images or captions as files. Stopping a session stops capture. Revoke permissions in Android settings, and clear app data or uninstall the app to delete local settings and the purchase cache. This does not delete Google Play purchase records. Retention and deletion of SDK, advertising and purchase data processed by Google follow Google's policies and account settings. Email addresses and message contents sent to support are used to handle the inquiry and are deleted when that purpose is completed unless retention is legally required. 7. Policy changes

If our data practices change, we will update this document and the in-app policy and show the effective date. Subnori does not offer its own user account registration.

2. 画面・音声・字幕の処理

字幕セッションを開始し、Androidの画面共有に同意すると、選択したアプリの再生音声または共有画面の字幕領域を処理します。音声認識、文字認識（OCR）、翻訳は対応端末上のAIで実行します。Subnoriは処理した音声、画面画像、原文字幕、翻訳字幕をファイルとして保存したり、開発者のサーバーへ送信したりしません。ギャラリーの写真や動画を直接読み取りません。モデルの初回ダウンロードや更新にはインターネットが必要な場合があります。

3. 権限と端末内の保存

画面共有の権限は選択したアプリの処理に、他のアプリの上に表示する権限は字幕表示に使用します。音声の権限は再生音声のキャプチャに使用し、マイク録音機能は提供しません。通知は実行中のセッションを示し、停止操作を提供します。言語・ポップアップ設定と最後に確認した広告削除の購入状態はアプリ専用領域に保存します。

4. Google SDKと広告

Google ML Kit、Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）、User Messaging Platform（UMP）、Google Play Billingを使用します。認識・翻訳入力の端末内処理とは別に、SDKは端末・アプリ情報、インストールまたは端末識別子、利用イベント、性能・エラー、設定言語などの診断情報を処理する場合があります。広告SDKはIPアドレスから推定したおおよその位置、広告ID・アプリセットID、アプリ操作、診断情報を広告配信・分析・不正防止のために収集・共有する場合があります。送信にはHTTPS/TLSを使用します。必要な地域では広告の同意画面を表示し、アプリの広告プライバシー設定から提供される選択を変更できます。Googleのポリシー：https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. 1回限りの購入

広告削除はGoogle Playでの1回限りの購入です。購入の照会、確認、復元に必要な情報をGoogle Playと処理します。アプリがカード番号を直接収集・保存することはありません。購入・復元にはインターネットが必要で、購入記録はGoogle Playが管理します。

6. 保持・削除と選択

セッションの音声・画面・字幕をファイルとして保持しません。セッションを停止するとキャプチャが終了します。Android設定で権限を取り消し、アプリのデータ削除またはアンインストールでローカル設定と購入キャッシュを削除できます。Google Playの購入記録は削除されません。Googleが処理するSDK・広告・購入データの保持と削除はGoogleのポリシーとアカウント設定に従います。お問い合わせのメールアドレスと内容は対応に使用し、法令上の保管義務がある場合を除き目的の達成後に削除します。プライバシーや権利行使のご相談は上記窓口へご連絡ください。

7. 変更

処理方法を変更する場合は本文とアプリ内の方針を更新し、適用日を表示します。Subnori独自の会員登録機能はありません。

屏幕共享权限用于处理所选应用的内容，悬浮显示权限用于字幕浮窗。音频权限用于捕获播放声音；应用不提供麦克风录音功能。通知用于提示正在运行的会话并提供停止入口。语言、浮窗偏好及上次验证的去广告购买状态保存在应用专用存储中。

6. 保留、删除与选择

应用不将会话音频、屏幕图像或字幕保留为文件。停止会话即停止捕获。您可在Android设置中撤销权限，并通过清除应用数据或卸载应用删除本地设置和购买缓存。这不会删除Google Play购买记录。Google处理的SDK、广告与购买数据依照其政策和账号设置保留或删除。咨询邮件的地址及内容用于处理咨询，达到目的后删除，法律要求保留的情况除外。有关隐私咨询或权利请求，请使用上述联系邮箱。

7. 政策更新

如数据处理方式发生变化，我们将更新本文与应用内政策并标明生效日期。Subnori不提供自己的用户账号注册功能。
